Improving human capital in the Russian Federation on the example of the Moscow longevity project The article is devoted to the issues of human capital management as the main factor of innovative development of the country's economy in the conditions of digitalization of the world economy and reforms in the sphere of the country's pension system. The main directions of effective use of human capital in the framework of state programs are defined the example of the project «Moscow longevity» is given. The project goals and objectives are defined, as well as the main directions of its implementation, taking into account the needs of the main customers and users of the project.
