The paper examines the issue of methods of legal regulation of relations related to ensuring labor safety. The international norms and their relationship with the national Russian legislation in the area under study are analyzed. The problems of correlation of state and contractual regulation of relations to ensure labor safety are revealed.

The article analyses the peculiarities of sustainable tourism development in the Leningrad Region, considering the recommendations on state regulation of sustainable development in tourism. The conclusion is made about the need for a systematic approach to the state regulation of sustainable tourism development in the region.
