The purpose of this article is to analyze the problem of sports among students of the Food Technology and Design and search for possible solutions to overcome it. To achieve this goal, a study was conducted among students of the IPD to identify their attitude to sports and identify the main obstacles to regular classes. Based on the data obtained, we will develop recommendations to improve the situation and increase the level of physical activity among students.
