In this paper the authors analyze the issues related to the properties of complex systems, and should be read with the three main positions: system reliability and survivability of the system and its security. The pa-per also examines issues related to the fact that relations with the environment are the criteria for its strength and vitality. The authors define guidelines for further research within the framework of the supported project.
