Comparison of graphical and analytical methods of approach to solving problems with a parameter as an example of one of the USE tasks

The article discusses task number 18 from the USE. It is solved in two different ways. First, the analytical method, and then the graphical method using the coordinate plane Xparameter. After a comparison of these methods is carried out: the strengths and weaknesses of these methods are highlighted.
