In the article modern methods of monetary regulation of the economy are analyzed. Not only fiscal mechanisms influence on the innovative development of the state. Traditional methods of monetary regulation of the economy have shown their ineffectiveness during financial crises. Unconventional methods of monetary policy involve new mechanisms and tools to normalize the conditions of financial activity and ensure economic activity in the real sector.
This paper reveals the main mechanisms and algorithms for implementing the independence of water transport technologies from foreign influence and events abroad in general. The Government of the Russian Federation and the competent authorities are taking actions aimed at achieving the aforementioned sovereignty. This vector of technology development has been created for a long time and is being systematically updated – the prerequisites for it are rooted in the niche of state security as well as in its economic and industrial integrity. A technologically advanced and independent country is the target of multiple activities of the governing forces and services, which is highlighted in this article.
In the article an analysis of modern approaches to regulating innovative development of the economy are conducted. It has been established that different economic schools consider innovative development of the state under the influence of budgetary, tax and monetary factors. Traditional methods of state regulation of the economy have shown their limitations in the context of modern crises in the political, financial and social spheres. Mechanisms and instruments of state regulation of innovative development of the economy in the context of Russia's technological sovereignty and new political challenges are outlined.
