the article is devoted to the problem of educational support for schoolchildren experiencing difficulties in mastering the curriculum. The relevance of this problem for children, participants of their own is substantiated. The analysis of the available publicly available modern technologies of didactic assistance to children based on the volunteer activities of students is carried out. The advantages of these technologies over traditional pedagogical support measures, as well as the limitations of their use in solving the problem of school failure, are highlighted. The main directions of improving volunteer activities in the field of education based on the resources available in educational organizations are formulated.
