The article discusses the actual problem of taking into account the types of temperament in the activities of a teacher with a classroom team. The author argues the importance of an individual approach to students in an educational environment characterized by high stress and the need to preserve the mental health of schoolchildren. The article presents an analysis of the behavior of choleric, sanguine, phlegmatic and melancholic people in educational activities and interpersonal communication. Special attention is paid to the influence of temperament on academic performance, discipline and emotional state of children. The article offers practical recommendations for teachers on building effective interaction with each psychotype and creating a comfortable microclimate in the classroom. The conclusion indicates that consideration of temperamental characteristics is a prerequisite for the harmonious development of personality and successful socialization of schoolchildren.
