The article deals with the problem of inequality of people through the prism of the right to education for children with special needs. The author defined legal basis and described theoretical aspects of the idea of inclusive education. The article summarizes the forms of "inclusion" of children in the regular life and school environment. The paper highlights the main ways of implementation of this idea, arising problems in the process of it and possible solutions.
