Article is devoted to the design of tourist information and navigation system (THINS), designed to help tourists, including foreigners on the eve of the World Cup in 2018. The authors also propose to implement the program, realizing the function of the tool for contacts of tourists and travelers, who can help each other to find the places of cultural heritage and essential services.
