TEACHING FOR UNDERSTANDING WHEN READING TEXT IN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE IN THE CONTEXT OF ELECTRONIC TEXTBOOK (ON THE BASIS OF MILITARY TECHNICAL COLLEGE)

the article considers the problem of using electronic textbook for detail reading of a foreign-language text. The problem is solved in the context of designing a new technology, which is based on a visual simulation of the text. Theoretical analysis of electronic textbook for control comprehension by means of visual-visual cues is made. In the article the expediency of use of electronic AIDS to control comprehension is justified; examples of e-books exercises, including visual modeling tools to accelerate the process of understanding when reading are given.
