The article examines the current situation and complementarity of cooperation between the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and China, identifies the main directions and prospects for future cooperation between the parties, and suggests possible ways to implement cooperation prospects based on the priority areas set out in the “Program for the Development of Chinese-Russian Cooperation in the Far East” RF for 2018-2024”, “Na-tional program for the socio-economic development of the Far East for the period until 2024 and for the future until 2035” and other state and local documents.
