ATMOSPHERIC PRECIPITATION AND PUBLIC TRANSPORT OF VLADIVOS-TOK: INFLUENCE AND DECISION

The article examines the effect of atmospheric precipitation on the operation of public transport in the city of Vladivostok. The statistics of traffic accidents and precipitation schedules are analyzed. A solution is proposed to ensure the safety and convenience of the city’s population.
