The article examines the features of multidisciplinary cooperation in the implementation of youth policy in the Arctic region using the example of the Murmansk region. The study analyzes theoretical approaches to youth policy, youth socialization, and multidisciplinary cooperation as a mechanism for coordinating the activities of government and public institutions. Special attention will be paid to regional practices of cooperation between authorities, educational institutions, cultural and sports institutions, non-profit organizations and voluntary associations. In addition, issues related to the development of youth infrastructure, volunteerism, patriotic education and professional orientation in the Arctic region will be considered. Based on the analysis of statistical data and regional experience, the key results of the overall youth policy in the Murmansk region have been identified. The study concludes that intersectoral cooperation will serve as a key factor in youth policy, effectively strengthen and socialize young people, and support the business environment in construction.
