Description and current issues in pragmalinguistics // Научно-методический электронный журнал «Концепт». – 2025. – . – URL: http://e-koncept.ru/2025/0.htm
Pragmalinguistics is a specialized field within applied linguistics that examines how language is used to achieve communicative goals in various social settings. This article presents an expanded overview of the field, covering its theoretical foundations, core areas of research, and the challenges it currently faces. By drawing from theories such as speech act theory, politeness theory, and conversational implicature, pragmalinguistics sheds light on how speakers structure their utterances to achieve intentions, maintain relationships, and adapt to cultural expectations. The study also addresses issues in second language learning, digital communication, and artificial intelligence. The paper concludes with a discussion of the importance of integrating pragmalinguistic knowledge into education and technology for more effective and respectful communication in a globalized world.
Oganova A. B., Ibraimova V. M. THE INFLUENCE OF ONLINE LEARNING ON INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS AND SOCIAL ADAPTATION OF SCHOOLCHILDREN // Научно-методический электронный журнал «Концепт». – 2026. – . – URL: http://e-koncept.ru/2026/0.htm
In recent years, the education system has undergone significant transformations due to the integration of digital technologies and the shift to online learning formats. For schoolchildren, this represents not only a new way of acquiring knowledge but also a restructuring of the entire social environment in which their interpersonal relationships are formed. Online learning alters traditional communication channels, reducing face-to-face interaction and impacting socialization processes. This research paper analyzes the changes observed in schoolchildren's social sphere during the transition to distance learning, as well as their level of psychological adaptation. While the technical aspects of distance learning depend on the availability and quality of internet connectivity, the social implications for students remain insufficiently studied. This presents challenges for educators and parents, as supporting schoolchildren in these circumstances requires new approaches to fostering social interaction and emotional well-being.
Ibraimov N. S., Ibraimova V. M. EFFECTS OF LIMITED SOCIAL CONTACT AND ISOLATION ON ADOLESCENT MENTAL HEALTH // Научно-методический электронный журнал «Концепт». – 2026. – . – URL: http://e-koncept.ru/2026/0.htm
This research project examines the impact of a lack of face-to-face communication and social isolation on the psychological well-being of adolescents (students in grades 9-11). It analyzes the causes of social isolation and the psycho-emotional state of students in isolation. Special attention is also paid to ways of overcoming loneliness. Analysis of the data obtained during the study revealed that adolescents experiencing a lack of face-to-face communication are prone to developing negative mental states, which requires the development of methods to support them and prevent social alienation. Adolescence is characterized by the intensive formation of personality, where communication plays a key role in the development of emotional stability and self-awareness. A lack of communication leads to a disruption of these processes, which causes various psychological difficulties. In this age period, social isolation is often formed under the influence of the following factors: distance learning formats, individual characteristics such as shyness, difficulties in establishing social contacts and fears associated with communication, and bullying at school. This manifests itself through symptoms of increased anxiety, depressive moods, and decreased self-esteem.
