In the course of the study, a methodology for improving public transport services was presented. The main problems related to the quality of transport services were also identified. The results of the work can be used to develop and implement a strategy for the devel-opment of public transport in Yakutsk, as well as to optimize the transport systems of other cities, taking into account regional peculiarities and the specifics of passenger traffic.

It is difficult for farmers of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) to use high-tech equipment to facilitate human labor and accelerate production processes because of small-scale farms and limited financial resources. The technological development of agriculture is hampered by a lack of competent managers, IT specialists and qualified employees. Every year the number of people working in agricultural production decreases mainly due to negative demographic processes and a decline in young people's interest in rural labor. Introduction of new technologies in the republican agriculture will promote to gradually provide farms with necessary technical and information resources and correctly calculate financial and other capabilities.
