In the conditions of modern economic development in our country, the revision of the basic paradigms of education and the radical transformation of the models and mechanisms of the school teachers’ work are required from pedagogical and methodological science. The dynamics of the current changes in professional methodological language reflects the unprecedented accelerated renewal of school teaching technology. It is very relevant to approbate intersubject technologies of school education, improving the content of training in a particular lesson in accordance with federal state educational standards, and characterizing the experience and methodological potential of the educational organization. Thus, the purpose of the article is to describe the intersubject technology of adaptive learning and testing in school education. The authors of the article determine the methodological aspects of implementing adaptivity in school educational programs. The leading approach in this case is the modeling of the methodological system of teaching in general and additional school education with the inclusion of intersubject technology of adaptive learning and testing. Intersubject technology contributes to the achievement of unified learning results for schoolchildren in shorter time due to the most relevant content for each student. As a result of the study, the authors of the article differentiated the main components of adaptive learning technology, the development and implementation technologies of adaptive testing. The theoretical significance of the article is due to the contribution to the development of scientific ideas about intersubject learning technologies aimed at matching new knowledge to the level of the student's abilities development. Practical use of the described technology makes it possible to organize the step-by-step introduction of intersubject technology of adaptive learning and testing into the work of an educational organization. The article may be interesting both for theorists of school educational system and for practicing teachers and students who are trained in the field of "Pedagogical education".

The unified state examination in mathematics has been held in our country for more than fifteen years. Over the years it has undergone some transformations, connected both with the examination work and with the content aspects: the typification of tasks became more transparent; in recent years, the exam is held on two levels - basic and advanced. Despite the abundant amount of materials on the Internet, which give an opportunity to understand the structure and complexity level of the exam options, the issue of substantive and statistical processing of the past years exam results remains an urgent one for analysis by the teachers preparing the students for passing the USE and by the graduates themselves. In addition, the analysis of the results of students who passed the Unified State Examination in their own region is of a special interest for teachers. Thus, the purpose of the article is to analyze the results of 2017Unified State Exam in Mathematics in Kirov Region. Statistical data are given allowing to compare the results in the region with the average results for the Russian Federation, and also to monitor the dynamics of the results in the region. The authors, who have great experience in checking up exam papers, describe typical mistakes and problems of students, based on the content of the work and statistical data. The materials of the article may be interesting for mathematics teachers, school directors and their deputies, as well as for graduates of secondary general education institutions preparing themselves for the final certification in mathematics in the form of the Unified State Exam.

The article is devoted to approaches for organizing the evaluation process of secondary vocational education teachers’ innovations mastering in conditions of professional skills contest. The relevance of the presented materials is explained by the interest shown by scientists to the evaluation of the competence results of pedagogical activity. A great number of researches are conducted by foreign scientists to study formative evaluation, which allows us to evaluate the process of the teacher's activity in the conditions of mastering innovations. Such process of teachers’ innovative activity support was organized for the teams of contest tasks developers within the framework of the regional stage of the All-Russian Olympiad of professional skills for students of secondary vocational education during 2013-2016. As a methodological basis for innovative tools for evaluation of the students’ learning results, as well as for the process of evaluating the leading instructors of vocational training mastery of innovative competency evaluation tools, the concept of activity components is used. The author singled out the following activity components: emotional-psychological, regulative, social, analytical, creative, self-improvement. The harmonious development of these components in students’ learning activity and professional activities of teachers allows us to evaluate the process of innovations mastering. As a result of formative evaluation of teachers’ mastering innovations process in the conditions of the professional skills contest, the following data were obtained: the motivation to design competence oriented evaluation tools was revealed in 85% of the developers teams, but the creative component was at the lowest level. Even the best teachers and instructors of vocational training found it difficult to switch themselves over to the use of non-standard creative tasks to evaluate the formation of general and professional competences among students participating in the regional stage of the Olympiad. The presented methodology of teachers’ innovations mastering process formative evaluation allowed to identify problems in the development of professional competence among leading teachers and instructors of vocational training in educational organizations of the Sverdlovsk region and to determine the prospects for correcting this activity.

In practice, the use of information technologies in the learning process becomes an indispensable element of various forms of learning, aimed at improving the effectiveness of this process. The article discusses the issues of optimizing the educational interaction between a teacher and students in the university education system using the example of the virtual training Moodle system which is used to support and connect learning on the principle of "teacher-student". Based on a review of "information technology" and "information competence" concepts, the authors make an attempt to determine the specificity of the electronic training platform Moodle, to understand its capabilities and prospects. The authors set the goal - to share the experience of this platform using in the educational process. Based on the results of students and teachers questioning, they present analysis of the Moodle training platform shortcomings and advantages. The possibilities and ways of "Test" resource using are investigated. Recommendations for its use as a means of controlling students' knowledge are given. The issues of a more extensive use of the Moodle system capabilities are discussed not only in the context of teacher and student face-to-face interaction, but also concerning the entire educational institution. It is about the work of the administration, managers, tutors in the virtual system, for example, about entering, sending down, transfers, appointments of scholarships - information that is important for the student and ensuring its timeliness, transparency and accessibility will confirm the mobility of management at all levels. In other words, competent use of all Moodle system capabilities will allow to achieve a rating level for providing a wide range of educational services.

Modern labor market requires of secondary vocational education to train graduates who have not only professional, but also general competencies, including social-communicative, environmental, informational, cognitive, health-saving, civil-patriotic and business competences. The relevance of the research refers to the fact that all elements of curriculum including mathematical and natural science disciplines contribute to the formation of general competences. Thus, the purpose of the conducted research is to try to reveal the significance of mathematical and natural science disciplines in the formation of mid-level specialist’s general competences. The methodology of the research refers to studying of information resources concerning the issue of general competences formation and analysis of the researches focusing on mathematical and natural science education influence on students’ personal development and their practical use. In the article, the author describes the development of theoretical concepts of general and key competencies in foreign scientific literature and their classification in Russian pedagogical literature. Also, the author draws attention to personal and social importance of studying mathematical and natural sciences; particularly, she analyses the content, interdisciplinary relations, generalized scientific knowledge, contributing to the formation of critical thinking and scientific worldview. The author also considers ways of learning natural sciences, where the research and project work of students is essential. The article presents the results of the research conducted at “Buryat Agricultural College named after M.N. Erbanov” which show that mathematical and natural sciences disciplines possess significant informative, methodological potential contributing to development of personal worldview forming general competences of the mid-level specialists. Based on the above-mentioned research the article lists the possible methods of general competences formation with the help of mathematical and natural science disciplines, and those methods may be useful for teachers’ practical work in vocational educational organizations.

At the present stage of social life, the moral, intellectual and mental development of a person is associated with the influence of positive and negative factors, among them the absence of age qualification and the availability of information lacking ethics and morals in the materials of the media. Most often, the content of information in such sources and, as a consequence, false perception of the surrounding reality has a negative impact on the intellectual and moral spheres of the younger generation. Modern youth is experiencing a moral crisis, the overcoming of which directly depends on upbringing and education, and in particular on the formation and development of moral and ethical evaluation actions. Family upbringing is the basis for acquiring moral standards, realizing the importance of making choices and making decisions, but it is worth mentioning the contribution of teachers to the upbringing of children and their support in the process of moral formation and growth of schoolchildren, that speaks of the relevance of the research. Thus, the purpose of this article is the analysis of the moral aspect of moral and ethical evaluation concept, the systematization of the categories "morality", "evaluation", "moral norms", "moral choice" and "action." The leading method is a general scientific method of theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign philosophers, psychologists and educators scientific experience. As a result of the conducted research, we have generalized the specificity of such categories as morality, evaluation, moral norms, moral choice and action. Of course, all categories are philosophical concepts, studied from different aspects by psychology and pedagogics. Common in the results of the study is the need to form and develop components of moral and ethical evaluation actions and the formation of these actions in general as a need to educate the schoolchild's morally developed personality. Evaluation of actions and deeds regarding moral norms is the determination of the actions conformity to the norms and expectations of society. This conformity or discrepancy is determined by the society or the person himself. In case of a positive evaluation, the person's actions are approved and encouraged, in case of a negative evaluation, the actions are condemned up to the application of sanctions. An important evaluation component is a person's self-evaluation of his own motives, actions, consequences, taking into account the value attitude to phenomena and events of reality. It should be understood that it is not the action itself that is evaluated, but its motives, goals and results. The article may be interesting for future and practicing teachers, educators of educational organizations.

The need to optimize, intensify and improve the quality of education raises the issue of improving the effectiveness of pedagogical control in the learning process of higher education institutions. High quality education cannot exist without teacher and students feedback which includes data on the results of the current, intermediate and final control. Taking into consideration the revision and amendment of government regulations in the sphere of education, the requirements to the effectiveness of the pedagogical process are constantly changing. The search for the ways to increase the effectiveness of pedagogical control becomes particularly relevant in this context. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the effectiveness of speech tactics that make actual the function of pedagogical control in terms of their contribution to the formation of a favorable psychological climate in the group of students. The research hypothesis is that a number of widely used tactics of pedagogical control do not contribute to the creation of supportive psychological learning environment, but also are unsafe for the psychological health of students, and consequently do not contribute to the formation of a successful student’s motivation for professional self-development. Methods of verbal actualization of the teacher’s communicative intentions in the situation of pedagogical control are considered in the social-pragmatic aspect. The verbal behavior of a teacher exercising his pedagogical control is subjected to a deeper interpretation by an addressee due to the action of the stressful evaluation factor. The results of some research in the field of psychology concerning prevention and pedagogical correction of motivation problems, internal control and learned helplessness condition are used in this study. The main speech tactics of pedagogical control in higher education institutions are presented. It is concluded that the implementation of particular speech tactics may either exert negative influence upon the student's mental health, his self-evaluation and psychoemotional state or also contribute to the development of creativity and motivation to become a top-ranked specialist of the new generation. The practical relevance of the research is that it can be used in the professional activities of university teaching staff and contribute to more effective management of pedagogical communication processes with the aim of creating favourable psychological environment.

The article presents the results of the relationship study between the components of the "Dark Triad" symptom complex and personality traits that are part of the wisdom phenomenon from the point of view of gender features. The manifestation of the personality "Dark Triad" components in men and women is described. The results of these indicators factor analysis in men and women are given, allowing to consider the specifics of their distribution and interrelation in terms of holistic psychological constructs.
