Application of funds of effects and system resources for development of scientific and technical creativity of pupil

Abstract. In article the work technique with fund effect and resources used in scientific creativity is described. The complex of receptions of use of funds of G. S. Altshuller is considered and the system of exercises on development of scientific and technical creativity on the basis of resource approach is given.
