Comparison of conceptual views of quality management and quality of management

Abstract. Article is devoted a quality management problem, comparison of this concept to such categories as quality of management and high-quality management which have different interpretation in modern sources of in-formation. It is a question of specification of these categories and their embeddings in quality management system.
