About the major issues and prognosis of market catering

Abstract. One of the most promising and fastest growing areas in Russia is considered a catering. Industry catering services has rapidly growing turnover and generally positive dynamics. This paper analyzes the status and prospects of the Russian market prosperity of the catering industry, the factors have influence with the stable operation of the catering companies are identified and assembled.
