Abstract. The paper is devoted to the problem of emotional burnout among teachers. The process of gradual loss of energy (emotional, physical, and cognitive) is manifested in emotional exhaustion, physical fatigue, personal detachment of teachers, reduce of job satisfaction. Investigation of burnout will identify landmarks in the development of preventive and corrective actions of the specified condition.
