The physical properties of food as a factor of significant structural changes and deviations in the development of fundic glands of the stomach of white rats

Abstract. This paper studies the morphological features of fundic mucosa of the stomach of white rats in long-term consumption of dispersed (thoroughly mechanically chopped) food. A number of morphological features of mucosa from 21 to 360 hours of ontogeny, in particular, a significant shortening of the glands, as well as reducing the size and number of the parietal, chief, exocrine cells and mucosal pit.
