Abstract. The article reveals the essence and the necessity of formation of subjective position of students of primary school. Proves the optimality of the choice of technology portfolio, ensuring the formation of the subjective position of younger schoolchildren. Presents a model of e-portfolio for the subject as a holistic means of formation of the student as a subject of educational activity.
