Article considers questions of planning and forecasting at the level of the region, methodologies of development of forecasts, methods of adoption of administrative de-cisions, forecasting roles in adoption of administrative decisions, possibilities of appli-cation of game theory when developing administrative decisions and an assessment of efficiency of administrative decisions.
