The paper deals with excise taxes. The author shows the impact of excise taxes on the price change of various products. The changing rate of the excise tax on gasoline in 2016 - 2017 and its impact on the consumer price index are considered. The conclusion is made that the change in excise rates, in any case, will lead to the change in the price of goods.

The article deals with the financial market in the Russian Federation. From various positions the author shows the problems of financial market development and the reasons of their appearance. The situation on the markets including financial market is analyzed.The state of financial market in 2015 is studied. Some recommendations for the financial market development in Russia are provided.
