Achieving the high quality of education in rapidly changing society is now the main goal of the entire educational system. Evaluation of the educational organization activity in real practical work is still based on formal criteria and unreasonable conclusions. This information today, as a rule, is not enough to determine the quality of education in the educational organization. The author considers the regional system of education quality evaluation in the context of the federal state educational standards(FSES) requirements for general education. The creation of a monitoring educational activities system by the educational organizations at the institutional level is being updated. The author suggests a system for secondary general education quality evaluation based on the developed methodology for evaluating the quality of education in the Chelyabinsk region with the developed criteria and indicators within the framework of the(FSES) introduction for secondary general education.
