The problem of formation and increasing of learning motivation is formulated in the paper. The factors influencing on the process of formation and increasing of learning motivation are studied and analyzed. Stimulation techniques of learners’ abilities are given (on the example of the concrete exercises).

One of the actual social problems is professional becoming of future specialists, who are ready, on the one hand, to research, creative work and realization of their own professional and personal potential, on the oth-er hand, who are efficient, healthy and physically strong. The author carries out the research and allocates a number of organizational and pedagogical conditions of preparing lessons of physical training, the realiza-tion of which positively influences the further personal, social and professional becoming of students.
