Article is dedicated to vital problem – to the development of the communicative skills of junior schoolboys. Basic accent is done on the use of technology of the collective creative matter I.P. Ivanov in the development of the communicative skills of junior schoolboys. On the basis of the theoretical analysis of technology KTD and experimental application of it in practice, are given the results the confirming effectiveness uses of this technology in the development of communicative skills.
