One of the directions of modern university development is the organization of effective cooperation between scientific and educational center and commercial enterprise by creating a "spin-off". New economic forms of “spin-off” organization are especially relevant for Spain, because they contribute to the maintenance of stable economic development of the country based on interaction between research, education and innovation spheres.
