In the context of globalization, polytrauma of a person has become one of the key social problems of medicine, since it affects the interests of the economically active population in different countries. It is possible to make planned calculations of the required amount of assistance provided based on the value of traumatism index. A team-based organizational approach to the treatment of polytrauma, including drug therapy (on the example of the Kemerovo region), is proposed.

The paper discusses the issues related to the legal regulation of public-private partnership in Russia. The authors speaks about the explanation of immediate acceptance of the federal law regulating the use of public-private partnership in Russia, as well as addiction of the laws of Russian Federation in accordance with the requirements of federal law in order to modernize the Russian economy and overcoming the crisis.
