Currently, there is a trend towards an increase in the number of children diagnosed with cerebral palsy in most countries. Adaptive physical education plays an important role in their rehabilitation. The success of this process depends on the severity of the central nervous system impairment, timely diagnosis, and proper organization of the treatment process starting from the first years of life. At the same time, you can find practically no scientifically justified data related to the study of fine motor skills development in children with cerebral palsy in the literature. The study consists in the implementation of an experimental technique, which includes a set of exercises for the development of fine motor skills of fingers, together with elements of bocce game, exercises with balls of different diameters, massage and self-massage. The purpose of the research is to improve the coordination abilities in children with cerebral palsy. As a result of the experiment, the level of fine motor skills development improved by 60% of the tested children, and the rest of them showed a tendency to improvement. Their movements became more precise and smooth. The increased range of motion was noted in paralyzed limbs and in the fingers.
