An attempt to find common solutions complete some Diophantine equations of the second degree with three variables, traced some patterns, suggest a common approach, which being elementary, however, lead to a solution of such equations. Using arithmetic functions allowed to write down the solutions in a single formula with no restrictions on the parameters used.
