Exit trading enterprise to a new regional market is a common market strategy, which is used by both large and relatively small trading enterprises. However, a poorly studied region is fraught with danger of becom-ing a problem for the company. Typically, the problem arises not only from an underestimation of the com-petitive environment, but also with a lack of understanding of other consumer preferences in a new region. Therefore, the entrance to the new region must be preceded by a marketing research and market analysis. The paper presents the research methods of the regional market of consumers choosing the optimal loca-tion and analysis of the competitive environment in point of sales. These methods are included in the total output of the enterprise technology to a new regional market.

The task of procurement management is key in the management of business enterprises of trade. Even small businesses that have a wide range of products, it is necessary to implement automated procurement management system. This raises the question of the effectiveness of applied information technology pro-curement management, which is determined, first of all, the quality of the brainware. The quality of the ap-plied mathematical apparatus, depends on the effectiveness and cost of software procurement manage-ment system. The paper presents the basic model of inventory management, made a brief comparative analysis of the models and optimization techniques, and methods of statistical analysis and sales forecast-ing.

In article results of the short analysis of application of the 100-mark rating scale of knowledge implemented in the REU Tula branch of G. V. Plekhanov since 2011 are provided. The analysis was carried out from the point of view of reliability of expert evaluations for the purpose of its increase. As statistical material results of the current and intermediate certification of students on disciplines of a natural-science cycle were used.
