A number of important aspects to consider when choosing the legal form of management of the company, analyzed the amendments to the Federal Law №99-FZ "On Amendments to Chapter 4 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and Repeal of Certain Provisions of Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation", made a comparison organizational and legal forms of economic activity in the regions of Russia and foreign countries.
