The paper analyzes efficiency of specification of property rights to such resource of manufacture as labor. The general conditions of efficiency of specification of property rights to any resource are considered. The given positions are considered with reference to labor as the factor of manufacture in modern Russia. Based on the given analysis, the general provisions with the specification of the property rights to work are defined.
