Designing and implementation of the program of development of the creative environment in the pre-school educational organization

The report addresses the problem of creating conditions to achieve new results, which previously did not have preschool -oriented. One of these conditions is a creative learning environment. With the implementa-tion of this condition in pre-school education are laid deep personal (as opposed to situational) creative changes and the basics of self-development.
