Keyword: «"parallel imports"»
The article deals with the process of adaptation of the Russian economy, which is under-stood as the restructuring of economic relations in the new conditions. It is said about the need to regulate the process of changes, and determine their factors and areas. Data are provided that indi-cate the presence of the impact of sanctions on economic entities, and its level. Systemically signif-icant areas are considered, such as: export-import operations, distortion of the structure of imports and exports. Evidence of the different impact of sanctions both in the regional and sectoral contexts is considered. The consequences of sanctions pressure in such sectors of the economy as IT-sphere, retail are presented. It is noted that the flight of foreign companies from Russia becomes possible due to the fact that this allows them to reduce the fall in their capitalization, and the small share of Russian sales in total revenue. The paper presents the main restrictions in logistics: difficulties in road transport, the actual ban on air traffic, sanctions on sea freight. Options for solving these prob-lems are reorientation to new markets and re-export.
A special place in the article is given to the analysis of transformation in internal processes. The importance of anti-corruption mechanisms in the new conditions is noted. The role of the gov-ernment in providing the necessary conditions for change is shown. The tools he uses are consid-ered: both to combat the consequences of the pandemic, and the sanctions, financial and non-financial. Much attention is paid to the mechanism called "parallel import".
The paper also analyzes changes in such an institution as investment. The conclusion is made about the change in the structure of investments: a bias towards investments in working capital and in favor of using own funds as a source.
A reasonable opinion of experts is given that in the conditions of a closed economy, there is a high probability of primitivization of production processes.
The conclusion of the work is the conviction that the transformation of the economic system has begun, a statement about the particular importance of regulating adaptation processes with a focus on long-term results.
