This article raises the issue of the relevance of extracurricular activities to study the work of A. S. Pushkin, provides an analysis of extracurricular activities on the topic "Journey through the tales of A. S. Pushkin". The event was held during the industrial pedagogical practice in educational schools of the Orel and Lipetsk regions. The results of the quality of assimilation of the material during the lesson indicate the effectiveness of the developed summary of the extracurricular activity.
