The article discusses the formation of creative thinking of students in the study of Thermodynamics. It is shown that when studying cyclic processes occurring in gases, it is necessary to pay attention to the physical essence of the phenomena under consideration. Students will be able to explain changes in any parameters at a qualitative level if they understand the physics of the process and the teacher correctly poses a question that makes the student think creatively.
This article reveals the importance of creative thinking as the most important condition for achieving higher learning outcomes and successful implementation in society. The problem of developing creative thinking in adolescents is described. The characteristics of the age period and factors influencing the formation and improvement of students' creative abilities are determined. In addition, the article considers the issue of using an extracurricular activity program to develop creative thinking by means of an educational intensive. The authors' practical experience in conducting classes that contribute to the creation of conditions for the formation and improvement of creative thinking in an active form is presented.
