The article presents the experience and results of the interfaculty research laboratory "Health saving in the context of digitalization of education". The steady interest of students in certain forms of work, as well as specific difficulties in conducting scientific research, has been revealed. In order to overcome the difficulties of students in the systematization, analysis and description of scientific data, the authors of the article conclude with methodological recommendations that contribute to improving the effectiveness of the organization of research activities of students.
The article presents theoretical aspects of the formation of motivation of middle-level students, namely grades 5-6, in the context of an updated program. The features of the influence on the motivational environment of the main components associated with the activation of cognitive activity through methodological techniques and teaching aids have been identified.
