The author states his own definition of the notion of human activity, and shows one of the fullest descriptions of activity structure.

The paper analyzes the phenomenon of pain and tolerance, expressing the manifestation of the complex biopsychosocial nature of man. Pain is seen at the system level, thus the various aspects of its manifestation are identified, causes and means of relief is determined by the attitude of people. Particular attention is given to identifying the ability to endure, ignore and move pain and sufferings. Author's arguments are supplemented with data of the empirical sociological research.

The article describes the present stage of human development of the state, where they interact with each other in various areas, including economic. Between States every year increasing economic relations, result-ing in an increase in the number of foreign economic relations and, consequently, commodity-money relations. They all need proper organization, organizing, and control of the States.
