Based on competition of art design specialty in Chinese colleges and universities development situation based on investigation and study, deeply analyzes the artistic design specialized relationship between competition and the development of local econo-my and culture, by way of analogy in the college discipline competition activity were inves-tigated, analyzed the university awards, teaching methods, explore the training mode to adapt to the development of the discipline, through to the professional art design competi-tion in China contest area, competition and competition level in colleges and universities study, in order to the development of the artistic design specialized subject construction in China bring certain inspiration and thinking.

The sudden COVID-19 has affected the education mode and teaching content of innovation and entrepreneurship. Aiming at the transformation of innovation and entre-preneurship education mode, this paper analyzes the impact of COVID-19 on the innova-tion and entrepreneurship education of art and design majors, and profoundly analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by art students in innovation and entrepreneurship, and how to enhance their innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities. This paper puts for-ward the reform and Innovation Countermeasures of innovation and entrepreneurship cur-riculum system, in order to provide reference for the improvement of the overall innovation and entrepreneurship ability of art design students.
