The sudden COVID-19 has affected the education mode and teaching content of innovation and entrepreneurship. Aiming at the transformation of innovation and entre-preneurship education mode, this paper analyzes the impact of COVID-19 on the innova-tion and entrepreneurship education of art and design majors, and profoundly analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by art students in innovation and entrepreneurship, and how to enhance their innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities. This paper puts for-ward the reform and Innovation Countermeasures of innovation and entrepreneurship cur-riculum system, in order to provide reference for the improvement of the overall innovation and entrepreneurship ability of art design students.

The steady progress of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching reform in art majors is a key step in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship teaching reform in universities. Based on PBL and OBE vector, we analyze the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching reform of art at home and abroad in depth, and put forward the ideas and practical strategies of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching reform of art in colleges and universities with Chinese characteristics. The quantitative criteria are set for the diversified, hierarchical and progressive characteristics of art majors in Chinese col-leges and universities, and the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching in art majors is explored in a definite and forward-looking manner.
