The article deals with the effective use of intelligence maps method, which contributes to the development of abstract thinking, cognitive interest and activity of students. The method of intelligence maps allows you to advance communicative competence of students in the process of group activities for compiling intelligence maps. The article discusses how to organize the work with intelligence maps at different stages of the lesson.
This article is devoted to the study of the linguocultural type "ficwriter" as a component of the socio-cultural "local" type. The paper presents the basic theoretical information about the research of linguocultural types, an attempt is made to analyze the linguocultural type of "ficwriter" according to the descriptive models of researchers and the results of a survey of respondents.
The results of a free associative experiment are presented in the article. The cognitive analysis of the concept was carried out in Melitopol State University named after A.S. Makarenko according to a survey of the students. The core and periphery of the cognitive features of the concept are revealed; thus, the semantic content of the concept under investigation in the naïve picture of the students’ world is determined.
