The authors analyze the views on a career, career success and a place of a career in the life of youth. Based on the survey results, the authors characterize the phenomenon of career among young people.

The article is devoted to the consideration of conflict as an integral part of any organization. The signs and forms of conflicts are analyzed. It also examines the potential negative and positive effects of conflict in an organization and highlights the importance of effective conflict management and resolution to create a positive and productive work environment. Particular attention is paid to the study of conflict resolution techniques such as cooperation, compromise and avoidance, as well as the potential impact of these tech-niques on professional growth and leadership development. As a result, the importance of understanding the nature of conflicts and using them as opportunities for the development and growth of the organization was revealed.
