This article contains a review of research concerning the problem of teaching foreign-language reading in primary school. The special focus is on the communicative reading and reading for specific information. The author gives a review of the existing methods of teaching reading and classification of reading strategies. The difficulties of this problem and their possible solutions are also under consideration.
The article is devoted to the use of communicative technologies in teaching Russian as a foreign language. The paper discusses various interpretations of the concepts of «learning technologies» and «communicative technologies», offers options technology «Case study» at the lessons of Russian language as a foreign, describes the stages of implementation, the positive aspects and the expected results of the use of technology.
