The article deals with certain types of criminal violation of competition principles in the procurement for state and municipal needs. The authors determine relationship between the violation of the competition principle in the implementation of state orders and the corruption basis of its violation. Some aspects of detecting and disclosing certain crimes in the sphere of the state contract are discussed.
