The article deals with certain types of criminal violation of competition principles in the procurement for state and municipal needs. The authors determine relationship between the violation of the competition principle in the implementation of state orders and the corruption basis of its violation. Old Slavic language, historical grammar of Russian language, the history of Russian literature language are the most difficult linguistic disciplines at philological faculties of universities and pedagogical institutes. The tables and schemes were made by us in order to facilitate their theoretical and practical mastering. The article presents the procedure for determining the optimal scheme of the gas distribution network. Graphical methods of constructing a network of gas pipelines are illustrated, their analysis is given. The mathematical apparatus for determining the lengths of the main sections and branches of the gas supply system is given. The technique of technical and economic assessment of the gas distribution network is considered. A graphical interpretation of the calculation results of the reduced costs is presented. The rational option of determining the optimal scheme of the gas supply system is chosen.
