The article examines the use of digital technologies in the Moscow management system and the emergence of cities of a new technological format – smart cities (SMART-City). The process under study leads not only to the transformation and renewal of the infrastructure of cities, but also to qualitatively new conditions, as well as to new requirements and safety of citizens' residence.

The article analyzes the implementation of the city program «Comfortable urban environment» in the city of Moscow, in the Lefortovo district. One of the decisive factors in the development of the economy of the territory is the organization of the urban environment, the level of its comfort. In the sphere of activity of municipal farms, it is necessary to create conditions that will provide the desired level of comfort for the population and favorable conditions for the development of the region's economy. This article discusses examples of the formation of a comfortable urban environment on the territory of the Lefortovo municipal district.
