. This article describes the essence of conflictological competence, the features of its manifestation in high school students, as well as the main ways of its development. The article presents a psychological and pedagogical program for the development of conflictological competence in students of high school age. This program is designed for students in grades 10-11. It is aimed at increasing the level of students ' communicative competence, which contributes to stimulating social development and personal growth.
Development of competence in conflict resolution in psychology students Abstract: the author actualizes the issue of the formation of conflictological competence in future psychologists as a component of professional competence. Mediation potential of mediators is diagnosed through the conflictological competence of conflict resolution and includes socio-psychological characteristics and professionally important personality traits, operational characteristics in conflict resolution, tactics chosen in conflict resolution.
